One thing I never get tired of is He-Mans transformations. So delightful to see and sends that nostalgia chill down my spine. He achieves a new one this time around and I’m Marvel was on the phone to them straight away. It was an interesting dynamic to have magic vs technology. The pros and cons were fun to explore. Hamill steals the show everytime hes on screen. So sinister and conniving. Coupled with that menacing laugh, hes a joy to watch.
Chris Wood as Prince Adam/He Man is a good performance as well as hes able to switch between a gentle regular man to a husky hulking man. There is lots of politics this time around. Lots of plot twists with family links and drama all while these characters fight for the crown.
I like the show. I don’t know how much longevity it has though. Cant just be beating up skeletor every season. I think introducing a fresh batch of characters to start a new saga would work best. Recommended watch!
